Gena is a water colorist that started painting in 1978.  She began her work by exploring her Nordic culture and continued to do so.  Her current series “Wood Nymphs” represents deities and beautiful maidens as described in the dictionary, but to Gena, these ladies are 3 friends, 3 wise women love and meet in the woods to talk about things.

The opening reception for Gena’s exhibit at the Train Station in March 1, 2012 from 5:30 to 7 pm.  The reception is free and open to the public.
